Apple Kuchen

APPLE KUCHEN 

Ingredients:                                           
½ cup butter                                                                      1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix                                                     1 cup sour cream
½ cup coconut                                                                   1 egg
1-20 oz. can apples                                                           Nuts optional
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix butter into cake mix. Spread into pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Arrange apples on crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and spread over apples. Sprinkle with coconut. Mix sour cream and egg. Drizzle over top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
