Hukilau Lanai Awesome Meatloaf

Hukilau Lanai Meatloaf                                        Yields 1 Loaf Pans 5.5x10.5

2 cups diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onion, peppers)

2 Tbsp Hukilau Meatloaf Spice Mix

½ cup milk

½ cup ketchup

2 pounds ground beef

2 large eggs

1 cup dry bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients: spices, wet and dry ingredients and meat.

Mix really well. Mix, Mix and Mix!

Place into a greased loaf pan. Press it firmly.

Bake at 340 degrees until an internal temp of 155. About 1 hour.
